HELPFUL TIPS TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR NEW MATTRESS
ALLOW FOR AN ADJUSTMENT PERIOD
Allow your body up to two weeks to get used to your new mattress.
PROTECT YOUR MATTRESS
We recommend using a washable, high-quality mattress protector to keep your mattress fresh and stain free.
GIVE IT SOME BREATHING ROOM
After unboxing and removing the plastic packaging, be sure to leave your mattress uncovered in a well ventilated area for a few hours before putting sheets on it. This allows it to air out and breathe before sheets are put on it.
SUPPORT THE BASE
Make sure your mattress is placed on a solid foundation, platform base, or wooden slat foundation with spaces no more than 3” apart and a strong center support with legs (for Full, Queen and King size mattresses)..
SPOT CLEAN ONLY
We recommend using a mattress protector in order to keep your mattress fresh and clean. However, if spots and stains make it onto your mattress, please do not remove the mattress cover. Doing so would void your warranty and ruin the mattress. We recommend spot cleaning with a mild detergent and letting the mattress air dry.
ROTATE FOR LONGEVITY
Make sure to rotate (not flip) your mattress 1-2 times per year, or approximately every 6 months. This will help evenly distribute the normal wear and tear and help extend its life.
